Note the prices quoted on this page are based on a Standard and Visual type Inspection. A description of a Standard and Visual Inspection can be found on our terms and conditions page on our website, or you can call John and he will explain what, these Inspections cover.
The prices quoted below are based on the description and size of the property to be inspected.

BUILDING INSPECTION: TOTAL COST $385.00 (GST incl)

UNIT/APPARTMENT: Up to three bedrooms, does not include Inspection of common areas.

BUILDING INSPECTION: TOTALCOST $440.00 (GST incl)

HOUSE/TOWNHOUSE: Up to four bedrooms, includes external areas to property.

PEST INSPECTION: TOTAL COST $242.00 (GST incl)

Pest Inspection: This price applies to a unit/apartment and house/townhouse Inspection.

COMBINED BUILDING AND PEST INSPECTIONS:

Unit/Apartment: As described above. TOTAL COST $495.00 (GST incl)

House/Townhouse: As described above. TOTAL COST $594.00 (GST incl)

Note a discount has been applied to the combined Building and Pest Inspections due to the reduced travel time and time to produce two separate reports at different times.

SPECIAL PURPOSE INSPECTION: TOTAL COST $495.00 (GST incl)

Report on a specific issue or items of concern.

DILAPIDATION REPORT: TOTAL COST $550.00 (GST incl)

Reports on the condition of a building before construction work starts on an adjoining site.

PRICES FOR LARGER HOMES, UNITS, TOWNHOUSES, FACTORIES, COMMERCIAL/RETAIL PROPERTIES AND ANY OTHER PROPERTY NOT LISTED ABOVE, CAN BE OBTAINED BY CALLING JOHN AND HE WILL QUOTE A PRICE.
